You've created a campaign on Journey Canvas, and now you want to review or modify the creative assets inside one or more steps. Read on and learn how.
Viewing the workflow

Opening the Settings panel
First, let me show you how to get to Journey Canvas and open the slider panel. If you know already, feel free to scroll past this section because it's only mildly interesting.
Still with me? Nice. Go to the top menu bar and click the Journeys link. On the new page, locate the name of the journey you want to open. Click the name (or the Canvas button). The canvas displays. Go to a step and click the Creatives placeholder. A slider panel displays. Be sure the Creatives tab is selected. If you make any changes, click Save or Save and Close.
Managing a creative
On the slider panel, check the box next to a creative name to unhide three buttons.
- Pause: Stop publishing the selected creative on the current step. Optionally, click the arrow icon to bulk pause the creative (i.e. pause all instances of the creative across all steps within this journey).
- Delete: Remove the selected creative from the current step. Optionally, click the arrow icon to bulk delete the creative (i.e. remove all instances of the creative across multiple steps within this journey).
- More: Display a new list of options. (see below)
More button
- Edit: Click to view and update file properties. You can edit the name of the creative file, change its URL, and more. Optionally, click the three-dot icon to open the editor in a side panel.
- Schedule creatives: Set custom start and end times for the creative if you want a schedule that's different from the step's flight range. Optionally, check the box to apply the same settings to every instance of the creative on the canvas.
- Resume: Use this button to unpause the selected creative.
- Resume selected creatives on all steps: Unpause all instances of the paused creative.
Displaying quick action icons
If you hover the mouse over the creative name, the slider panel unhides three icons.
- Pause the selected creatives.
- Delete the selected creatives.
- Display a menu of options. (see below)
- Edit: Update file properties in a slide panel.
- Preview: View the creative in a new browser tab.
- Schedule creative: Same as above.
- Pause on all steps: A bulk pause tool. illumin pauses all instances of the creative file across multiple steps within the same journey.
- Delete from all steps: Remove all instances of the creative across multiple steps within the same journey.
