FAQs

What is the My deals page in illumin?

The My deals page is a centralized view that shows public, private, and tactic-assigned deals. Marketers use it to monitor deal status, review performance metrics, and manage deal availability without navigating multiple inventory screens.

How do marketers open the My deals page?

Marketers open the My deals page from the top navigation. The Inventory link opens a menu where the My deals option loads the full deals table with search and filter controls for fast access.

Why does a deal show no activity or low win rate?

A deal shows low activity or win rate when bid responses fail to convert into wins. Common causes include restrictive pricing, limited supply, or inactive journeys that prevent the deal from entering auctions.

How does performance data work on the My deals page?

Performance data displays two time windows for each deal. Marketers review recent three-hour metrics and previous-day metrics to assess bid rate, win rate, requests, responses, and wins directly in the table.

When can a deal be removed from the My deals page?

A deal can be removed when it has no active journeys. Removing the deal only clears it from the My deals view and does not delete the deal from the licensee account.
